  • 100 g brown rice
  • 150 g tuna in olive oil
  • 100 g corn
  • Sea salt, ground black pepper, basil (to taste)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (I recommend this one)


  1. Heat coconut oil in a small saucepan, add finely chopped onions and fry.
  2. Add brown rice, pour twice the amount of water over it, season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat until the rice has completely absorbed the water.
  3. Finally, mix the finished rice with corn, tuna and olive oil and serve warm.
