How to Get Helmelmail on iPhone

Cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network on the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Here you can get help with establishing a WiFi connection on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

Make sure your router is turned on and you are within range

If you are too far away from the wireless router, you will not be able to receive a signal. So make sure you are within range.

Make sure that the WiFi function is activated and that your network is displayed

Go to Settings> Wi-Fi and make sure Wi-Fi is turned on. Tap the name of your WiFi network to connect to it. A blue check mark next to a network name indicates that you are connected to the network.

If your Wi-Fi network's name has "Connect automatically" turned off, tap it and turn on "Connect automatically".

Enter your WiFi password when prompted

When prompted, enter the password for your WiFi network. Get support if you forget your password.

Even if you enter the correct password, a message such as "Cannot connect to network" or "Incorrect password" may appear. Restart all of your devices, then enter your password again.

Check for problems with the WiFi network

If iOS detects a problem with your WiFi connection, a WiFi recommendation may appear under the name of the WiFi network you're currently connected to. For example, you might see the message "No Internet Connection". Tap the WiFi network for more information.

Check cables and connections

If you still can't connect to your network or the internet, make sure your router is plugged into the modem and turned on.

Start anew

Try restarting your iOS device. Here's how to restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Then restart your router and your cable or DSL modem. To restart your router or modem, unplug the device from its power source and then reconnect it.

After restarting each device, check to see if the problem has been resolved.

Still no connection?

Reset your network settings. Tap Settings> General> Reset> Network Settings. This will also reset all previously used WiFi networks and passwords, cellular settings and VPN / APN settings.
