Qt how to hide the cursor

Hello: I'm working in DRAFT (want to draw a BSpline) unfortunately the cursor (a cross) (thick plus)) hides the information that the intersection was caught; i'm never 00% sure i caught the intersection.
Question: can I define an arrow as a cursor in the draft just like in the part design; or can I enlarge the sign (a small white circle) that shows me that the intersection has been snapped?
