Proudly the world's first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant, Candlenut at Dempsey Hill serves modern yet authentic Straits-Chinese cuisine. With Chef Malcolm Lee overseeing the kitchen, expect only the tastiest of heritage dishes, made with fresh seasonal produce.
