- 500g flour
- 350 ml of lukewarm water
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 3 onions

Chop the onions and add salt and yeast to the flour. Now add the onions and the water, which should be slowly stirred in. The dough must then be kneaded well, for at least 10 minutes.

In the end, the dough should barely stick and finally rest for an hour. Then put the bread in a mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes. This bread will bake particularly well if you spray water into the oven every 10 minutes. When you take out the bread, it is very hard, but it will clear after a few minutes.
