One of the biggest mistakes in Photo App - the order of the photos in an album is not included in the slideshow - no idea what the app developers were thinking.

They thought nothing like so often.

You get the feeling that Apple developers don't even work with their computers and programs themselves.

They also do not read up on the experiences other people have with their computers and programs.

There is no other way of explaining

that this is still the case.

It's good that you recognized this mistake.

I'll report it to Apple. If you do that too, we may have a better chance that we will be heard 🙂.

Actually, you can sort the pictures quite precisely the way you want them:

  1. On top of the menu Filing
  2. then on Create
  3. then on Slide show
  4. You put in like that new project that appears on the left in the folder overview at the bottom under Projects
  5. Open the project and click on the Plus symbol any add photos
  6. On the timeline you can move the pictures into the desired order to be brought
  7. Finished.

Does that help?

Thank you, this is how it works with pictures if you want to bring a moment or pictures into a slide show.

The only problem is that you then have to search for all the images in your album if they are in different locations in the media library (unfortunately, albums are not displayed in this display).

Therefore the function "Create slide show from album"

Best wishes!

Ok, then the following variant:

  1. Create project as described above (points 1 to 4).
  2. Then go in Youralbumfrom which you want to create the slide show,
  3. There the choose pictureswho should be in the show (some or all)
  4. Then right mouse click
  5. Then Add to
  6. Then at the bottom of the window that opens, yours Projectchoose, the images are added to the project
  7. Repeat points 2 to 6 with other albums if necessary
  8. Then back to the Project and there the pictures in the desired order bring.

Hope this brings the desired success ...

I understand how that works. The only problem is that the order is completely mixed up and you have to laboriously put everything back in order. Concerning tedious - have you ever tried to rearrange 100 photos?

The clutter can be seen as nothing more than a bug.

The manual arrangement is so uncomfortable that it is almost impossible to get angry.

Exactly.

Apple should fix that as soon as possible.

Right now it's a disaster and

just embarrassing.

Take a look back and turn it into a slideshow, then the photos will be in the right order. It can be awkward, but hopefully Apple will solve the problem soon.
